Since the ceremony is outside and there is plenty of room in the stadium, there
will be no guest limit per student unless the weather is bad. In the case of
inclement weather, graduation will be moved inside and wristbands
will be distributed to seniors at school.

**GRADUATION PARKING INFORMATION**
Parking: Due to the increasing cost of graduation ceremonies, we are introducing paid parking.
- Pre-paid parking will be $10, and parking on the day of the event will be $15.
- Graduation guests can pre-purchase parking through the parking website.
- If you need ADA Parking, please arrive early. ADA parking at Burger Stadium will be available on both sides of the stadium on a first-come first serve basis.
- Shuttles: Each campus will have shuttle buses running from the campus to the graduation site 2 hours prior to the ceremony start time until 2 hours after the graduation ceremony ends. Families are also able to ride the shuttle.
- Rideshare: If you’re getting to the ceremonies at the Burger Complex via rideshare, please ask your driver to drop off at either Sunset Valley Elementary School (3000 Jones Rd, Austin, TX 78745) or the Stouthaus Coffee - Sunset Valley parking lot (4715 S Lamar Blvd #102, Sunset Valley, TX 78745).

Graduation is just weeks away and we are so excited to celebrate the Class of 2025! As we count down to the big day, here’s some information on what you can expect and prepare for ahead of graduation.

Programs: Each graduate will receive three formal programs as keepsakes when picking up their diploma after graduation. Postcards will be provided in person at each graduation ceremony with a QR code to view a digital program.
Austin ISD App: The Austin ISD App, available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, now features a graduation section that includes FAQs, shuttle information, and details on clear bags and prohibited items.

- In the event of inclement weather, the district has made alternate plans and arrangements for the ceremonies scheduled to be held outdoors at the Burger Stadium so that it is a special occasion for all graduates.
- The district will decide if necessary and communicate any updates on our district website, Facebook, and by email and text to high school families.
- Please review the inclement weather plan on the district’s Graduation website.
- Spanish language interpretation will be provided for each graduation ceremony via the Austin ISD Family & Community Engagement Facebook page livestream.
- Guests who need Spanish interpretation must bring their own device and headphones to access the livestream.
- ASL interpretation will be available via the Austin ISD Facebook page.
